Starting in 2026, members will now receive multiple warnings before membership renewals

You asked, and we listened! Starting January 1, 2026, WSC members will receive multiple email reminders before their annual membership renewals. 

Previously, members only received one reminder, 7 calendar days before the renewal.

Now, members will receive three reminders: one 30 days before the renewal, one 7 days before the renewal, and one 3 days before the renewal.

Unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date, your membership will renew automatically.

To ensure that you receive these reminders on time, please regularly check your junk/spam folder and mark WSC notices and reminder emails as “not spam.”
