Pitch Contest

The NEXT UP! Pitch Competition, sponsored by the Canada Media Fund (CMF) is back for 2026! T.O. Webfest is proud to offer this exclusive opportunity for aspiring short-form series creators to improve their pitching skills and generate buzz about their upcoming projects.

Applicants will be required to complete a submission form, which includes a 1- to 2-minute recorded pitch. The top 5 applicants will be invited to T.O. Webfest to pitch their project in front of our judges and a live audience. To prepare them for this exciting opportunity, they will first be given access to private coaching from industry pros.
